BIOGEST® is an international biomethane and biogas plant manufacturer headquartered in Austria with subsidiaries in France, Italy, Romania, Serbia, Czech Republic, UK and US. With a team of more than 70 highly qualified employees, we have already completed over 170 biogas plant projects, generating electricity and biomethane worldwide. Our end-to-end supply chain aims at ensuring efficient plant operation.

BIOGEST is an Austrian Biogas company with projects all over the world and are now highly interested to find partner companies in the energy sector, financial partners and partners in construction, civil and environmental engineering to team up and undertake biogas projects together in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. 

We are currently working on several sites and projects in France, US, UK, Serbia, Poland, India, Thailand, Turkey, Italy, Ukraine and South Korea. In the UK we have about 35 plants in operation and in Czech Republic more than 54 projects.

Charchigne, France (2019) project using 110,000 tonnes/year of manure supplied by more than 110 farmers and providing 3.6 MW-e capacity.

Frogmary, UK (2014) biomethane plant extension in 2020 supplied by 100,000 tonnes/year of animal and agricultural waste providing 7.6 MW-th capacity
