Bruce has worked for Agriculture Victoria for over 40 years, starting in soil resource mapping and sustainable land and catchment management.

Bruce worked with regional partners during the 2016-2020 drought, and was fortunate to be involved in the deep conversations that were the basis of the Gippsland Regional Drought Resilience Plan.
