Goulburn Broken Catchment Management Authority (Goulburn Broken CMA) is a Victorian statutory authority established by the Catchment and Land Protection Act 1994.

Goulburn Broken CMA is the lead natural resource management agency for part of northern Victoria, including the Goulburn and Broken river catchments. It has responsibilities under law for the sustainable and integrated management of the region’s land and water resources and biodiversity.
