Ralph has worked for the Victorian Government for over 20 years. His first role was in waterway restoration, which he enjoyed, but over time he became more interested in agriculture. Ralph’s current role involves working with stakeholders to support and promote agriculture in the Barwon South West region.

Ralph facilitated the development of the Barwon and Great South Coast Drought Resilience Plans. This was done in collaboration with community, industry, and all levels of government. He is looking forward to the continued implementation of the plans and working together to build drought resilience.
