‘Developing Wine Product Premiums in Export Markets Workshop’ May 2019

This hands-on workshop will provide insights into how Asian consumers react to Australian wine, the underlying reasons driving increase consumption of Australian wines and how winemakers can profit from this growing opportunity.  It will teach participants how to use innovation and premiumisation tools to increase profits by establishing a unique value proposition and narrative, effectively develop new products and services and apply luxury (premiumisation) business strategy through selling to consumer’s emotional needs. The workshop will be facilitated through CSIRO and Australian Government’s Entrepreneurs’ Programme.
