Are you a mover and shaker working in government, politics, the media civil society or other fields with a career-related interest in the EU? Would you like to see first-hand how the EU institutions work in Brussels and Strasbourg? Apply for the European Union Visitors Programme (EUVP) by 12 April.
How long is the EUVP?

The programme typically runs for five working days in Brussels. Visitors with a political profile are invited to attend an additional three-day plenary session of the European Parliament in Strasbourg.

Who can participate?

Professionals working in government, media, unions, civil society, education and analysts with career-related interests in the EU. The EUVP is not open to students and applicants must be Australian citizens.

What is the selection process?

The EU Delegation to Australia will propose a short-list of candidates for final selction by EUVP Management Committee in Brussels.

When would the EUVP take place?

Successful applicants will be notified in the second half of 2019 and travel to Europe in 2020.
