Introduction:  I lead the Centre for Advanced Sensory Science and Food Innovation discipline at Deakin University.  We have a team of approximately 30 staff and students working on why we eat the foods we eat, including

Expertise: Flavour analysis, consumer and sensory testing, product development and food safety.

Relevant previous experience: We have worked extensively with the food industry on a variety of projects over a number of years.
