From working in kitchens in Byron Bay to masterminding some of Australia’s favourite products, the founder and CEO of Soulfresh has always had a passion to change the way people eat and drink for the better. Didi Lo packed up a van in 2003, filling it with his favourite Byron Bay products, and drove to Melbourne to sell them. Little did he know that 15 years later, the likes of kombucha and almond milk would be daily habits for many Australians.
