Hear from Vanessa Clarkson, author of the Reformulation Readiness guide, who will provide an expert overview of how this resource can help you to get started and/or improve your existing reformulation program. Vanessa is a dietitian with over 15 years’ experience with food and nutrition policy in Australia and overseas. She is a leading reformulation expert and chairs the Healthy Food Partnership’s Reformulation Program.
Our expert panel, moderated by multi-award-winning radio and TV broadcaster Libbi Gorr, will also include Dr Bruce Bolam, Chief Preventive Health Officer for Victoria; Clare Farrand, Senior Project Manager Salt Reduction at The George Institute for Global Health; and a leading food manufacturer representative.
