The Monash Food Innovation Centre vision is to feed 9 billion people a healthy and sustainable diet within planetary boundaries.*

Sustainable food production incorporates the efficient use of products and waste streams throughout the supply chain. This symposium will bring you the latest science, research and technology to help you develop a food waste program with a focus on biomass valorisation. This will introduce options and approaches to maximize potential revenue in your biomass.
