VicHealth grants to shake up salt in food production

VicHealth and FIAL have partnered to offer Victorian Salt Reduction Innovation Grants. Grants of up to $25,000 will help small to medium enterprises (SME’s) reformulate their products to reduce the amount of salt Victorians are consuming.

Applications open 1 July 2018, with a rolling assessment until 31 December 2018. Start-ups, and SMEs who have a footprint in Victoria are encouraged to apply.
