The Victorian Government has released the draft Victorian Transmission Plan – a long-term strategic plan to keep Victorians connected to reliable and affordable renewable power.

The draft plan identifies the most suitable locations for new proposed renewable energy zones and the transmission projects needed as our state’s ageing coal-fired power stations close down.

VicGrid has opened community hubs in proposed renewable energy zone locations across Victoria. Drop in to learn more about the draft 2025 Victorian Transmission Plan, ask questions and provide feedback in person.

Your input will help shape the final plan to be released later this year.
