The workshop:

Will look at strategies, tools and tips to increase office efficiency and how best to use your accounting software such as Xero. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop to test the suggestions on their books or on the demo program.

The Xero component will focus on :

• Emailing invoices

• Attaching statements to line items

• Hubdoc & Dext Demo

• Batch payment

• Rules – when to use when not to use

• Reconciling

• Using items to track inventory (fuel, grain , livestock etc)

• Reporting using custom reports

Office Efficiency will cover

• Setting up emails

• Managing receipts

• Dealing with paper records

• Cloud bases storage

• Strategies for keeping up to date
