Designed to encourage and empower participants to have an active voice and role in the agriculture sector, both programs support rural women to work collaboratively, explore issues impacting their industries and communities and develop real solutions.

The 2023 Leadership Program will provide women with support to participate in training and study that accelerates their development as leaders. Participants will also work closely as a group to explore issues impacting rural women, learn from subject matter experts, and connect with other rural women from across Victoria.

Funding Support

Each participant is eligible for funding support to reimburse them up to $10,000 (excl GST) of the costs incurred by participating in the Program. The costs eligible for reimbursement include the agreed costs of study, travel, accommodation, and childcare.
