David is the Manager, Data Management and Surveillance Communities at Plant Health Australia. He started working at PHA as a project officer in February 2017.

Prior to working at PHA, David worked as a Graduate Officer at NSW Department of Primary Industries, with a focus on plant pathology and greenhouse horticulture research.

He has an undergraduate agricultural science degree and, more recently, he finished a Master of Philosophy project investigating the way in which certain composts act to ameliorate acid sulphate soils in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta.
