Have you seen LBAM recently?

If you have seen LBAM (larvae or adults) in the field our research team at Agriculture Victoria are very keen to hear from you.

As part of our IPDM research we need to find LBAM to breed a colony to allow us to further investigate the biocontrol of codling moth and light brown apple moth using the parasitic wasps, Mastrus ridens and/or Trichogramma spp.

This work forms part of Hort Innovation’s PIPS3 program , Strengthening cultural and biological management of pests and diseases in apple and pear orchards

If you have seen LBAM in the field please contact Dr Mofakhar Hossain at Agriculture Victoria [email protected]

Further information on the research project can be found in our article: New IPDM research funded
