Michele is a dairy extension officer based out of Warrnambool.  She has worked with the department for 25 years and over that time has worked on a range of projects looking at grazing and wet soil management, nitrogen use of dairy farms and dairy farm business management.

Michele’s current work focuses on providing dairy farmers with the tools to assist them to develop resilient, successful businesses as they manage the challenges that many businesses are now faced with due to increased seasonal variability as a result of a changing climate.
