Are you new to farming or have you made a recent treechange? Or are you a retired or experienced farmer who can offer inexperienced treechangers advice and knowledge that will help them become more confident and productive?

Melissa Connors, 2018 Victorian AgriFutures™ Rural Women’s Award winner and Founder of This Farm Needs a Farmer project invites exhibitors to take part in a hands-on field day at Watts Pavilion, Kyneton Showgrounds, Mollison Street, Kyneton, from 10am to 3pm on Sunday 24 February 2019.

Melissa’s project This Farm Needs A Farmer aims to create stronger and more engaged farming communities by connecting treechangers with established and retired farmers who can pass on their valuable local knowledge to newcomers.

Exhibitors at the February field day will need to present a stand that is interactive and offers a practical learning experience. They also have the opportunity to be a part of the 2019 virtual field day on This Farm Needs a Farmer website.
