Kevin Dodds is a Development Officer- Temperate Fruit in NSW DPI based at Tumut. Kevin has worked with temperate fruit industries in NSW since 1990 and gained specific skills in pomefruit IPDM through his work with Dr Colin Bower and Dr Les Penrose from 1990-95 on IPM research and implementation. Kevin’s practical experience in apple IPDM continued to develop through his establishment of a commercial monitoring service at Batlow. He has proven extension skills and is currently engaged with the Future Orchards project as the Front Line Advisor for Batlow. Kevin monitors the Mastrus release sites in Batlow for the PIPS IPM project and is also co-author of the Orchard plant protection guide for deciduous fruits in NSW.
