Sheep Hills – heavy soil (Leith Rd)

The Sheep Hills district is located to the west of Donald and east of Warracknabeal.

Soil core from the Sheep Hills paddock, which highlights a gradual change in soil characteristics down the profile. This site was funded by the Warracknabeal East Conservation Farmers (WECF) Weather station and telemetry unit of the Sheep Hills soil moisture site located at the edge of the paddock.
