Are you interested in applying for an Upskill and Invest Young Farmers Scholarship? Feeling a bit unsure of where to start? We have compiled some handy links to help you find all the information you need to put together a strong application.

Firstly, how do the scholarships work?

There are two key components, with a combined total of up to $10,000 available per recipient:

  • up to $5000 to upskill through study or training; and
  • up to $5000 to invest in applying new skills and knowledge to your business.

It is up to you to identify what training or study you intend to undertake, and to plan how you will use the invest part of your scholarship once your training is complete. You must partake in both the Upskill and Invest elements to be eligible.

Who can apply for the scholarships?

For eligibility criteria and other key information see the Agriculture Victoria website.
