The Victorian Dept of Environment, Land, Water and Planning’s (DELWP) guide outlines practical advice on best practice community engagement and benefit sharing relating to large-scale renewable energy developments such as wind and solar farms. The guide is informed by case studies and feedback through engagement with local councils and other organisations, and the experience of the first Victorian Renewable Energy Target (VRET1) Auction Scheme.
