Xero and farm office efficiencies workshops coming to Murrayville, Horsham and Koondrook in February.
Do you want to build a stronger, more productive farm office? If the answer is ‘yes’, then Agriculture Victoria has the workshop for you!
Carmen Quade from Agri Focused will give participants strategies, tools and tips to increase office efficiency and how best to use Xero accounting software.
The complementary workshop has 2 parts: Xero training and Farm Office Efficiencies.
The Xero component of the workshop will focus on:
- Emailing invoices to Xero
- Attaching statements to line items
- Hubdoc and Dext Demo
- Batch payment
- How to use rules
- Reconciling
- Using items to track inventory such as fuel, grain and livestock
- Reporting using custom reports.
The office efficiency component will cover:
- Setting up emails
- Managing receipts
- Dealing with paper records
- Cloud-based storage
- Strategies for keeping up-to-date.
About the presenter:
AgriFocused is a rural-based training business focused on family farms. Carmen, along with her husband and other family members, are partners in a mixed farming business at Tallimba, in the northern Riverina. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Business (Agricultural Commerce), a Master of Professional Accounting and a Cert IV in Training Small Groups.
