I have worked in horticulture for over 25 years and developed specialist skills in building networks and communicating technical and industry-related information to primary producers and agribusiness, including farmers with a language other than English background. Much of my experience is associated with roles as a Development/Extension practitioner.  I am a passionate change agent and determined to see the uptake of an adoption mindset within the RDE system for improved investment decision-making and meaningful measures of impact.
