North East Catchment Management Authority (North East CMA) is a Victorian statutory authority established under the Catchment and Land Protection Act 1994.

North Central CMA is the lead natural resource management agency for a large part of north eastern Victoria including Wodonga, Indigo, Wangaratta, Alpine and Towong, plus parts of the Moira and East Gippsland shires. It has responsibilities under law for the sustainable and integrated management of the region’s land and water resources and biodiversity.
